Plant production Industrial production takes place at our new manufacturing divisions located in Vietnam - one for clothing, situated approximately 80 Km from Hanoi, and one which specialises in motorbike bags, located approximately 45 km from Hanoi. About 450 people – workers and technicians – are employed in the 2 factories, divided between the production lines, sample rooms, fabric dropping and cutting department, and a warehouse for managing raw materials. The aim is to unite the excellent manufacturing capacity of the Far East, with more marked versatility in receiving and managing the different requirements of clients or the market, without ever neglecting quality. The importance of quality is clear in many aspects, such as the presence and use of modern machinery; suitably trained staff managed by Italian technicians; careful selection and monitoring of raw materials suppliers; control of raw materials at their reception at the plant; constant quality control along the entire production line; and quality control at the end of the process before dispatch. All these factors contribute to guaranteeing an excellent end result.
